Terms of Service, Returns and Refunds
At Autumn Custom Guitars, we’re passionate about providing unique and high-quality digital guitar building plans that empower your creativity. We’ve designed our policies to be clear and fair, ensuring a smooth experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to review them.
Digital Product Nature and Final Sales
Our guitar building plans are digital products and are instantly accessible upon purchase. This means that once your payment is successfully processed, a download link will be immediately available to you. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final once payment is made.
Commercial Licensing
Our designs are intended for personal use. If you plan to use a purchased design for small-scale commercial use, a limited-use commercial licensing fee of $50 per design is required. This license allows you to use the design for small-scale commercial purposes but does not extend to large-scale commercial use. If you intend to use our designs for small-scale commercial use, then attribution is required. Please contact us to arrange for commercial licensing.
Cancellations
You can cancel prospective orders at any time as long as the items remain in your shopping cart. Once payment has been completed, however, the sale is final.
Our Commitment to Quality and Your Satisfaction
We take great pride in the accuracy and quality of our designs. While our plans are original and inspired by existing guitar shapes, they are not exact copies and feature distinct differences. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions and images before purchasing to ensure the design meets your expectations.
Refunds – When We Do Offer Them
We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we are committed to ensuring you receive a functional and accurate product. A refund will be granted only in the specific event that you identify errors or inconsistencies within the purchased design plan. If you believe there’s an error, please contact us immediately with details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted
To maintain fairness and clarity, please note that refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Commercial Use Misunderstanding: If a plan is purchased with the intent of commercial use, and the customer is unwilling to pay the required limited-use commercial licensing fee of $50 per design, a refund will not be issued.
- Expectation of Exact Copies: If a plan is purchased with the expectation that it will be an exact copy of an existing guitar model on the market that a purchased design may resemble, a refund will not be granted. Our designs are original and feature clear differences.
- Incorrect Configuration Purchase: If a plan is purchased and the customer later realizes they bought a plan with a different configuration than the one they intended, a refund will not be granted. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.
